After years of experience in baking organic biscuits, as founder of Billy's Farm, it was time for a new path: the world of gluten-free. Not a trend, but a conscious choice. At Corn Crake, we combine trusted knowledge with a renewed outlook: biscuits that are not only free of gluten, lactose and animal ingredients, but also truly delicious. Made with nutritious grains such as oats, quinoa, teff, buckwheat and rice, sweetened with coconut blossom syrup, baked in virgin coconut oil. Palm oil-free and without refined sugars.
Our bakery is fully equipped for gluten-free production. We work cleanly, carefully and with smart automation to deliver consistent quality. Yet the craft remains paramount - you can taste the attention in every biscuit. Our range now comprises 12 types of biscuits and four varieties of breakfast cereals, with seasonal specials such as spiced nuts and Easter biscuits.
